No. Cloud sync is disabled by default. After logging in, you can enable auto-sync in your dashboard Settings or manually sync via the CLI.
Each prompt has a title and a private title, both set by the AI. When sync is enabled, both are sent to the cloud but only visible to you as the owner. Public profiles show aggregate stats only — no titles are displayed.
